    Hi,

    I am writing a custom automation agent. SDK 3.5 is working fine for record and playback. However when I try recording a TextInput (just on double-click), I am getting an error. I have described the error in detail at http://forums.adobe.com/message/2933424#2933424 .

    Can you please help me find a solution.

    Thanks,
    Pradeep.

    Hi Rani,
    I am in process of automating a complex Flex application using QTP. I have been successful up to some extent. However, recently on trying to use Regular Expression on SparkApplication/FlexApplication window (within Browser) I am facing unexpected behavior. Details are below:
    If we take sample Flex Store application provided from Adobe (http://examples.adobe.com/flex2/inproduct/lcds/flexstore/flexstore.html)- QTP is able to execute following command:
    msgbox Browser(“FlexStore”).FlexApplication(“id:=flexstore”).exist
    But when I use any regular expression like “.*” on id property of FlexApp window, as in following command, it stops identifying the window.
    Browser(“FlexStore”).FlexApplication(“id:=flexstore.*”).exist
    I need to use RegEx for managing the Repository of QTP or else maintenance will be very complex. I am performing similar action on SparkApplication, Flex 4.
    Kindly guide if we have a fix for this.
    Thanks
    Sohdeep
